20 years ago in 1999 I had my first 'Chakra Attack'! I had no idea what Chakras were at the time even tho I was a graduate 'IT MIS Financials!' Millenium Bug Engineer Geek with much technical education but little knowledge of the humanities! After 3 years of personal life stress, aka as 'Wife2 the Golddigger!', I had a seriously intense rage+panic+despair attack & as my whole body enveloped in an intense cold flush I felt a click like a whip snapping in the centre of my brain & after a 'WTF was that?' reaction I now realise that that's when the painful march of my Chakras up and down my now semi disabled spine began! Initially this was just annoying but eventually drove me insane & is now manifesting as 'Sciatica?' & means I have 2 sometimes use a walking stick!
Immediately after this 'Crown Chakra Click?' I started seeing translucent people & hearing voices mostly saying 'Dont Panic!'!
Skipping a few years forward in my disintegrating life I became disabled due to the above symptoms in 2003 and whilst trying to find my very lost mind in a very good @NHSUK Psychiatric Hospital I thankfully found Buddhism!
Buddhism explained 2 me that I had accidentally lost my ego & that this is not a state to enter into lightly until U have learned 2 meditate a lot which I do nowadays! If I had discovered Buddhism & Kundalini Yoga & the nature of Chakras B4 my 'Midlife Crisis!/Satori!' I believe it could have averted my complete meltdown!
Meanwhile my painkillers have kicked in at last so I shall now try to sleep! G'nite!
